Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Norway.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any offers for complimentary shipping will be clearly stated.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us may be subject to a fee equivalent to the shipping cost.

Returns & Complaints

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period.

• Original packaging must be included

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within a reasonable time.

Return costs
