We ship all orders from Norway.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared with care and processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Norway.
All orders are shipped with Bring and delivered to your nearest pickup point, unless otherwise specified.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We occasionally offer complimentary shipping, which will be clearly stated when applicable.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the shipping costs.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur.
TuesdayPillows is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
