These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on tuesdaypillows.no.

Parties

The seller is TuesdayPillows (organization number: 935 383 919).
The buyer is the consumer placing the order.

Prices

All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.

Payment

We offer secure payment methods (Vipps).

Delivery

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided on the “Shipping & Delivery” page.

Risk

The risk for the product passes to the buyer once the item has been received.

Right of withdrawal

Please refer to our separate “Right of Withdrawal” page.

Complaints

In the case of defects or faults, the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act applies.

Disputes

Any disputes will be attempted resolved amicably.
If this is not successful, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
